The Carshalton Choir Festival 2016

Hosted at the amazing All Saints Church Carshalton

Five of the better amateur choirs in the district showcase their passion and talent;

This is a non competitive event performed for the joy of singing.

The selection of choirs are deliberately as diverse as possible, creating  a unique spectacle for all to enjoy.

Carshalton Choral Society

Carshalton Choral Society is a large, experienced choir who perform a variety of classical pieces showing great skill and quality, led by the renowned Director of Music Philip Collin.

The Brook Choir

The Brook Choir are a funky contemporary bunch of singers from Wallington, full of energy and fun, they bring life to the party! Singing a range of contemporary songs including 7 Nation Army, Happy, Lean On Me and Amazing Grace!

The Messenger Choir

A Christian choir dedicated to spreading the Gospel. They sing with passion, rhythm and style. The choir has an extensive repertoire of over 50 songs in various languages. Many are composed by the conductor and are sung in different languages: English, French, Portuguese, Lingala, and Kikongo.

Show Choir

Show Choir are all about having fun singing songs from all your favourite musicals. Shows such as Chicago, The Sound of Music, West Side Story, Les Mis and many, many more... Show Choir is for people who love to sing, love the Shows and want to have fun singing and performing with like-minded people!

The Downsmen Barbershop Chorus

They are an a cappella Male Voice Barbershop Chorus who display great skill and ability singing together in close harmony. Their repertoire goes beyond 'the old favourites' and include many specially arranged show stopper songs.
